The power purchase and procurement processes of the transmission and distribution utilities including the price at which power is purchased from the generating companies/ stations/ other sources for transmission, sale, distribution and supply in the State.
Determines
The tariff for electricity, wholesale, bulk, grid or retail, as the case may be and the tariff payable for use of transmission facilities in the State.
